Description
The Steller's Jay is found in Western North America and is the only crested jay west of the Rocky Mountains. I often see several Steller's Jays in my backyard which inspired this watercolor. They really like the gutters of the back of the house and can often be found perched up there. The Steller's Jay is part of the Corvid family like crows and seem to be very curious.
